Education
Dr. Nava Nowamooz is a periodontist dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease and dental implant surgery. She earned her Master of Science and Certificate in Periodontics from Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she also served as Graduate Periodontics Chief Resident, overseeing clinic operations and mentoring dental students and residents.
Dr. Nowamooz received her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health (ASDOH), graduating with the American Academy of Periodontology’s 2023 Student Award. She began her academic career at the University of California, San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology while also playing on the collegiate tennis team.

In her free time she enjoys playing tennis with her husband and cooking new recipes for her family.
